Sr. Security Consultant / Project Manager - Paladion

Job Description:

Position – Sr. Security Consultant/Project Manager
Location – Mumbai/ Bangalore/ Delhi
Total Experience – 4-8 Years

Work Experience Requirements:

5+ years of experience in IT/Security Infrastructure Management or IT Process Management, with specialization in one or more of the following skills:
- IT Security
- IT Governance
- Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
- Information Security Solutions
- ISO27001/ITIL/BS25999/PCI-DSS implementation.
Past Consulting Experience is strongly desired

Information Governance, Risk and Compliance:

Design and Implementation of IT Security Strategies and IT Governance Structures. Assisting
clients on achieving compliance against international standards such as ISO 27001
Architect solutions and processes for protecting of sensitive data
Design, implement and automate Risk Management Frameworks

Business Availability Services

Development of Business Continuity Frameworks and Business Continuity Strategies
Develop solutions to improve the availability of the IT Infrastructure
Integrate and Automate Business Availability Planning and Maintenance
Administer Disaster recovery testing and plan maintenance
Achieve compliance and certification with BCM regulations and international standards

Educational Qualifications:

BE/ME/MCA OR MBA (with systems specialization or bachelor’s degree in engineering)
Professional Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, SANS, CCIE, CBCP, MBCI and CRISC strongly preferred

Data Life Cycle Management

Data Flow Analysis and Risk Assessment
Data discovery and Data Classification
Data Security framework and infrastructure design and implementation
Records Management
Data Security and Privacy Compliance assessment and certification

Roles and Responsibilities:

Act as a single point of contact for the entire project
Project scheduling overall tracking/monitoring identifying risks and management of project
Coordination for deliverables under the rfp in stipulated time frame
Team management
