Security Analyst - SOC Services

Job Description

• Understand customer requirements for SOC services and translate the same into project requirements , expectation and deliverables
• Address client concerns with regards to SOC project execution and quality of deliverables.
• Conduct periodic review meetings with Paladion customers to ensure that expectations are being met
• Maintain track of new global threats and make necessary changes in SOC tools at customer site to ensure better service quality
• Configuration and Implementation of Paladion proprietary product software as per the requirements of the SOC clients
• Project planning for Managed Detection and Response (MDR) projects being delivered via Paladion proprietary product
• Provide technical advisory support for Paladion customers on incident prevention measures.
• Provide technical assistance to Paladion customers for security incident response and reporting
• Provide product related training to the customers and consultants
• Act as subject matter expert for product and project execution purposes
• Execute strategic projects requiring full time Subject Matter Expertise
• Identify SOC service improvement areas based on customer feedback and design and execute the same
• Execute Pre-Sales activities and assist the team for closure of newly identified opportunities
