Job Description:

The Product Sales Manager would be responsible to identify and position Paladion’s stack of Security Technologies to our large Enterprise customers.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Achieve revenue and other targets as per the plan.
  • Work closely with product OEMs to develop a strong go-to-market strategy
  • Be able to comprehend and scope customer requirements
  • Capable of handling first level product presales / presentations
  • Closely track and work on opportunities from ideation to closure
  • Always be aware of developments in the IT Security industry

Qualification:

  • 5+ years’ successfully selling IT Security Technologies to Enterprise customers
  • Must have strong track record of individually selling large value product deals.
  • Should have very good English communication, and presentation skills. Effectively develop and manage professional relationships with clients
  • Strong knowledge of sales process of prospecting, cold calling, qualifying, creating need and closing deals.

Salary

At par with industry standards.

Incentives

Sales incentives based on performance (achievement of sales target) – can go as high as 30% of salary
